Our school is now open for application for Discretionary Places for S1 Admission (2026-2027). Eligible Primary Six students and parents can submit their applications either through our school's application method or through the SSPA e-Platform. The application procedure for our school is as follows:

Step1: Filling out the online application form

• Dates: 2 – 16 Jan 2026

Step 2: Checking for the system's automatic reply email

After submitting the online application form, please check the automatic reply email sent by our school system (our school's email address ends with @mckln.edu.hk). If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder.

Step 3: Submitting application documents in person

• Dates for document submission: Within the period of 2 – 16 Jan 2026 after submitting the online application form.
• Submission requirements: The following supporting documents, should be submitted by parents or guardians in person. Please arrange the documents in the order listed below.

1. Photocopy of applicant’s Birth Certificate or ID card
2. Photocopy of school reports of Primary 5 (both terms) and Primary 6
3. Photocopies of Any certificates or awards etc.
4. Printed copy of the automatic reply email sent by our school
5. Original copy: “EDB’s copy” (blue) and “School’s copy” (green) of the Application Form for S1 Discretionary Place. Please also bring the “Parent’s Copy” (red) for stamping the school chop.

• Opening hours for supporting documents collection: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm; Saturday, 9:00 am to 12:00 noon; closed on public holidays.

本校現開放2026-2027年度中一自行分配學位申請。合資格之小六學生及家長可透過本校的申請方法或透過「中一派位電子平台」遞交申請。本校的申請程序如下：

步驟一：填寫網上申請表

• 網上申請表開放日期：2026 年 1 月 2 日至 16 日
• 網上申請表連結：https://forms.office.com/r/ttDRrNYhxX

步驟二：查收系統自動回覆郵件

提交網上申請表後,請查閱本校系統即時發送的「自動回覆郵件」（本校的電郵地址是以@mckln.edu.hk 為結尾）。若未能收到此郵件，請檢查垃圾郵箱。

步驟三：親臨遞交申請文件

• 遞交申請文件的日期：提交網上申請表後，於 2026 年 1 月 2 日至 16 日內
• 遞交要求：由父母或監護人親臨本校校務處遞交申請人之下列文件（請依下列次序將文件排放）。

1. 香港出生證明文件或香港身分證明文件之副本
2. 小五（上、下學期）至小六成績表之副本
3. 獎狀／證書等副本
4. 本校傳送的「自動回覆電郵」列印本
5. 正本:「中一自行分配學位申請表」的「教育局存根」（藍色）及「學校存根」（綠色）。同時請帶備「家長存根」（紅色），供學校蓋印

• 遞交文件的時間為星期一至五上午 8:30 至下午 5:00；星期六上午 9:00 至中午 12:00；公眾假期休息。
