The Founders’ Day is scheduled for 7 Nov 2020 to remember our founders and show our appreciation to the school and the teachers whom had nurtured our students. Since the safety and well-being of all our students, teachers, staff and friends are our utmost and unnegotiable priority under COVID-19, special arrangements will be made for this event.

Three events are planned:

1. Fun Fair

It will be held from 8:30 to 10:30 am in our school classrooms. Please note that only F1 and F2 students will be required to join and it will not be open to guests, alumni and parents.

2. 62nd Anniversary & Founders’ Day, Form Six Graduation Ceremony and Coronation Ceremony

All programme content will be pre-recorded and broadcast through YouTube from 11:30am to 1pm. F3 to F6 students will be required to join but everyone is cordially invited to join this session.

If face-to-face gathering in the church is allowed, only F6 graduates (2019-2020), F6 graduates’ parents and alumni (graduates of 1970, 1980 and 1990) will be invited to join the live session. Others will watch the ceremony online.

3. MCAA AGM and Alumni Managers Election

These events will be held from 1:30 to 2:30 at Room 104-106 at Kowloon Methodist Church.

We believe that in the current climate, it is a responsible decision to avoid mass gatherings. We would appreciate your understanding and support of our decision.

本校將於2020年11月7日(星期六)舉行校祖日，惟受新冠肺炎疫情影響，為避免大規模聚集以保障各師生、校友及來賓健康，經慎重考慮後，本年將有以下特別安排，敬希垂注。

1. 嘉年華

時間：上午8時30分至10時30分
地點：本校課室

中一至中二級同學必須參與此活動。因應疫情關係，恕不對外開放，請各嘉賓、校友和家長見諒。

2. 校慶暨中六畢業典禮及校友加冕禮

時間：上午11時30分至下午1時正

本校將會預先錄影整個典禮的各項片段，然後於上述時間透過YouTube直播。中三至中六級同學必須參與此慶典，以達薪火相傳目的，而我們亦歡迎大家於網上觀看直播，一同慶賀本校62周歲生辰。

假若政府放寬限聚措施，容讓聖堂開放以舉行以上活動，本校將會邀請2019至2020年度中六畢業生及其家長，與及於1970、1980和1990年畢業之校友參與上述典禮。

3. 循道中學校友會周年會員大會暨校友校董選舉

時間：下午1時30分至2時30分
地點：循道衛理聯合教會九龍堂104至106課室


校祖日開放日、各類球賽，校慶晚宴等，向來都是眾校友翹首以待的活動，以上活動雖因應疫情或縮減規模，或無奈取消，但全校師生仍會以喜樂和感恩的心，努力籌辦和參與各種校慶活動，不負校友所望。縱然我們不能在學校聚首一堂，但大家仍能安坐家中，透過觀看YouTube直播 https://youtu.be/gBwaq3m1ib8， 一同慶祝校祖日、見證應屆畢業生成長和畢業30、40、50周年的校友與同窗知己重聚的喜悅。最後，謹此祝願各位身體健康，並殷切期盼明年校祖日再見。
