Guidance Committee

Our team upholds the philosophy of integrating discipline with guidance, firmly believing that care and order are equally essential. We are dedicated to fostering a caring, harmonious, and orderly learning environment. Through close collaboration with parents, teachers, and students, we aim to nurture positive values in our students, guiding them to become self-disciplined and responsible citizens, and accompanying them on their journey of healthy and happy growth.

Objectives

Our core objectives encompass various aspects, including students' personal development, professional support for teachers, and the promotion of an inclusive campus culture:

  1. To Cultivate Student Character for Holistic Development:
    • To guide students in developing a strong sense of responsibility and self-discipline, encouraging them to pursue excellence in the cognitive, social, and affective domains for their whole-person development.
  2. To Promote Personal Growth for Secondary School Life:
    • To design and implement personal growth programmes specifically for junior form students, strengthening their foundation to positively meet the challenges of their secondary school journey.
  3. To Support Professional Teaching and Enhance Learning Atmosphere:
    • To support the professional development of our teachers in classroom management, working collaboratively to create a positive and ideal learning environment.
