Coronation
(Classes of 1963, 1973, 1983 and 1993)

Starting from our Founders’ Day of 2014, we have included a Coronation Ceremony (校友加冕禮) within the thanksgiving service to honour our alumni and give you an opportunity to recognize your link to the College, which is a part of your own personal history.

EVENT PHOTOS

Through the 65th anniversary celebration, we hope to connect the past and the present, as well as connect our friends, alumni, students and parents, and to share with them the current achievements of our students.

For each attendee, we prepared a special souvenir (i.e. a scarf with the school logo) as a valuable memorabilia of the occasion, which was given out under the witness of your past teacher(s). It was a warm occasion which brought many old friends together, and was enjoyed by all those who were present.

MC65 Alumni Variety Show

To allow our alumni to relive their shining moments on the school stage, the MCAA will host the Alumni V show at our alma mater's Lower Hall on November 4, 2023 (Saturday), from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

EVENT PHOTOS

Alumni may choose to participate individually or as a group. However, due to limited slots, participation will be on a first-come, first-served basis. Interested alumni are encouraged to complete the form below as soon as possible.

Each team should not have more than 7 players
Competition time: 10 minutes each half, 20 minutes per game
Group stage: 28-10-2023 (Sat) 
Semi final and Final 4-11-2023 (Sat)

The Founders' Day Alumni Football Friendship Match (Group Stage) was successfully concluded on the 28th of October 2023. The finals are as follows:

Time: 09:30-10:00
Location: North Wing Basketball Court
Teams: Team Ngai Man Hon vs Team Leung Chun Pong

MC DreamStarter


第一屆由循道中學校友會、家教會及循道中學聯辦的「《循·夢》計劃：MC DreamStarter」已完滿結束。《循‧夢》計劃目的，旨在鼓勵循道中學學生(包括在讀生及在學而非在職進修的本校畢業生) 於個人學習上作積極正向的發展，增值及實現自我，以不同形式支持他們追尋及實踐夢想。

經過遴選後，今屆《循·夢》計劃將會支持吳可澄校友 (2022) 出版其個人繪本作品《深藍，心藍》，繪本主題，是有關中學生追夢的心路歷程，並鼓勵年青人勇於嘗試。適逢循道中學65周年校慶，除了進行網上繪本作品義賣外，我們將聯同吳校友，在校祖日當天舉行「簽書會」，歡迎各位校友親臨支持。

另外，為支持《循‧夢》計劃，吳校友更同意將是次義賣的所有收益，全數捐贈予《循‧夢》 MC DreamStarter 計劃，以幫助更多在讀生或校友追夢。取於母校，用於母校，如此有意義的事，請各位踴躍支持。 

The first 'MC DreamStarter' project organized jointly by the MC Alumni Association, MC PTA, and Methodist College has successfully concluded. The aim of the 'MC DreamStarter' project is to encourage Methodist College students (including current students and alumni who are not currently employed) to actively develop themselves in their personal learning, add value, and pursue and achieve their dreams in various forms of support.

After a selection process, this year's 'MC DreamStarter' project has supported alumna Ms. Ng Ho Ching Clearance (2022) in publishing her personal picture book titled 'Deep Blue, Heart Blue.' The theme of the picture book revolves around the journey of high school students pursuing their dreams and encourages young people to be courageous in trying new things. In celebration of Methodist College's 65th anniversary, apart from conducting an online fundraising sale of the picture book, we will also organize a 'Book Signing' event on Founder's Day, inviting all alumni to come and show their support.

Furthermore, to support the 'MC DreamStarter' project, Clearance has agreed to donate all proceeds from this charity sale to the 'MC DreamStarter' project, which will help more current students and alumni in pursuing their dreams. It is meaningful to take from our alma mater and give back to our alma mater. We sincerely invite everyone to actively support this cause.
