Fire Safety Ambassador Scheme Training Course ‹ BACK
The Fire Safety Ambassador Scheme is one of the fire safety promotion programmes launched by the Fire Services Department, to raise public awareness of fire safety. Introduced by the Fire Services Department (FSD) in 1997, the Fire Safety Ambassador Scheme aims at training volunteers from all walks of life to become Fire Safety Ambassadors (FSAs) and FSA Trainers to help disseminate fire protection messages in the community.

District Fire Safety Committee (Yau Tsim Mong District) invited the Fire Services Department to visit our school. On 29th June, 2018, the firemen and officers came to teach our S1 and S2 students basic fire protection knowledge and train them to become fire safety ambassadors, to raise their fire safety awareness and help to eliminate or report fire danger. Students who have completed the course will be awarded the "Certificate of Appointment of Fire Safety Ambassador" by the Fire Services Department and formally become a Fire Safety Ambassador.
