F2 Military Training Camp ‹ BACK
The F.2 Life Education Military Training Camp was held on the 18th and 19th of January, 2016. The foci of the camp were:
-Discipline training
-Team Building (developing the characteristics of a team leader)
Students were assigned into different “columns” and received various disciplinary training, such as foot-drills and housekeeping management. Different, exciting and challenging team building activities were designed, to learn about and develop their self-esteem and self-confidence, thus building a strong sense of responsibility to the college within each student. Outdoor Cooking was the most popular activity, in which students got a taste of a culinary wilderness experience.
By joining the camp, they built strong friendships, learnt positive values and strengthened their character.
  • Mutual–trust was developed through a challenging activity.
  • Listening to the Commander’s instructions
  • The Commander, introducing the housekeeping standard in the camp
  • Students shared their feelings after the first day of training.
  • “I trust my teammate, I believe I can do it.”
  • Outdoor cooking was new to us and very challenging.
  • We enjoyed our food.
  • We learned different forms of squads in the camp.
